TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENTS
All payment is due upfront and in full at the time of confirming the proposal. No work will begin until the entirety of the quoted price is paid.
Payments can be made via Bank Transfer / Touch 'n Go / Paypal / Wise.
Failure by the client to pay the full amount within 1 week of receiving the proposal will result in the cancellation of the commission. Client may re-submit their request at any time after, but may be moved to waitlist if there are not slots available at that time.REFUNDS
Strictly NO REFUND at the time of confirming the proposal.
Guaranteed delivery dates are set to allow refund processing if the artist should abandon the work or otherwise encounter an extreme unforseen problem, and do not represent the actual agreed upon delivery date.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Approximate delivery dates for each phase will be communicated prior to starting each phase. As unforseen circumstances may arise, the artist reserve the right to alter or extend the timeline at any point and will communicate such to the client as soon as possible. Please let the artist know ahead if client has a certain deadline.REVISION
One (1) Round of Minor Revisions: You are allowed one opportunity to request small fixes or correct minor mistakes (e.g., tweaking a small color detail or adjusting a tiny anatomy error).
No Major Changes: Larger alterations will not be accepted after work has begun. This includes changing the character's pose, completely changing the background/setting, adding new complex elements, or asking for a full-scale style overhaul.
Final Approval: Please ensure all reference materials, character settings, and design details are final and accurate before the commission begins to avoid losing your single revision.USE
All commissioned work is for personal, non‐commercial use unless otherwise acknowledged with the commercial use fee.
Unless the privacy fee has been paid, any stage of the commission may be shared as a work in progress by the artist or the client at any time. WIPs may not be used by the client to commission other sources to "finish" or otherwise alter the work as it is; doing so will be considered unauthorized use and will result in loss of rights to the commissioned work and a permament blacklisting from all future work.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Clients retain IP for their original characters and/or designs. I, Raeon, retain rights to the full final artwork and any design work done by myself included in the work.
Violation of these terms will result in loss of rights to the commissioned work and a permament blacklisting from all future work.
